Since only males suffer the consequences, no women (in fact the conscripts are obviously only males) the dedovschina, although cruel, is fun, useful and necessary, to teach young males that they are just shameless beasts, unlike women, and that their rude meat is not like women's bodies which must be respected, but only cannon fodder and nothing more. This is a male by nature and by law.
